Looking for an edge in your next interview?  Join us for an engaging presentation by leadership speaker and U of M alumnus Jerry Holl, as he lays out practical tips to help candidates prepare for and perform during interviews. Learn how to leave a lasting and positive impression.

Jerry consults with professionals and recent graduates on career direction, personal branding, and his view on effective interview skills providing distinct professional differentiation.  He also provides professional consulting services on sales and sales management. Jerry's career has spanned over 35 years in sales, marketing and executive management roles for IBM, Moore Corporation, and Piper Jaffray, and most recently in his own business, OneShot Interviewing, as a professional services consultant.  He lives in Tonka Bay, Minnesota with his wife, Suzanne and has three grown children.  

Jerry received his Bachelor of Geological Engineering from the University of Minnesota's Institute of Technology (now College of Science & Engineering) in 1976 and also received an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s College of Business (now Carlson School of Management) in 1978. Suzanne Holl, co-founder of OneShot Interviewing, received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 1978.
